TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online & in my commission sheet. [Protected by watermark.]
I have the right to refuse commissions or blacklist clients due to rude and/or inappropriate behavior, or breach of terms.
You are absolutely NOT allowed to use my art in any way, shape or form in relations to NFTs, Crypto, AI/feed my art into AI programs.
Please provide references of the character/s you wish for me to draw. [The more references, the better.]
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
You can choose either full payment upfront or 50% upfront, then the rest before the end. [I will NOT send the final, completed file until the final installment is paid.]
I will start working once I receive the payment/first installment.
Refunds are only allowed if I didn't start the sketch yet.
Additional fees may be given depending on the complexity of the design, multiple props, etc.
Payment is done via Paypal or VGen. [Depending on where you submit the request form.]
REVISIONS
Revisions are unlimited during the sketching phase. However, after the sketching stage, additional charges may be incurred for major revisions.
Major revisions include: Completely different poses, change in composition, etc.
Once the sketch has been approved, free major changes are NOT allowed.
All minor revisions are free even during the lineart/colouring stage. [Please don't abuse this though.]
Minor revisions include: Colour changes, minor accessories, minor mistakes/touch-ups, etc.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
NO DEADLINES. Please give me around 2-6 business weeks to complete the commission as I'm unable to draw 24/7 due to work or needing rest days. [If there are any issues that arise, I will inform the client ASAP.]
First come, first serve. [Please refer to my work queue to see the progress.]
Process WIPs will be provided automatically unless stated otherwise. If the client has specific steps they want to see, just notify me and I can void the other steps.

USE
Commissions are for personal use only.
Strictly NO use for commercial purposes without permission. Contact and discuss with me for this.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork and claim it as your own in any way, shape or form.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I'm uncomfortable with it.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. Full, proper credit is required if you post the commissioned work on any social media platforms/PFP usage, etc.

COMMUNICATION
Ongoing communication and discussions will be present throughout the project, including WIPs, any situational updates and more.
Ideally, communication would be conducted via Discord but, if the client is unable to/doesn't have Discord, communication can happen in any social media platform convenient for the client via DMs.
